Jeanne Rose, aromatherapist and author of "375 Essential Oils and Hydrosols" explains that neroli works well to help rejuvenate dry and weathered skin. Including a few drops in a warm bath further increases the relaxing and tension-relieving effects prior to heading to bed. Relive Stomach Cramps If you suffer intestinal distress like stomach cramping, neroli may be able to help. Davis and Rose both classify neroli as working as an anti-spasmodic, meaning it helps relieve muscle spasms. Performing a light abdominal massage with the neroli oil often relieves cramping.
